Tenants and landlords may have problems from time to time. When one of the parties fails to honor the terms of the contract during the lease period, the relationship between the landlord and the tenant can become strained. Typically, issues can be settled peacefully; however, you may need to refer the situation to the Rental Disputes Centre in some cases (RDC). Our Dubai rental conflict lawyers and attorneys are in charge of land ownership and residential leases in the UAE. Suppose you cannot reach a mutually agreed rental dispute resolution. In that case, you may wish to file a complaint against the landlord to have Dubai authorities intervene and escalate the matter further.

Such claims are handled by the Rental Disputes Center in all emirates and the DIFC free zone's Centre for Rental Disputes Resolution (Smalls Claim Tribunal and first instance). During a tenancy, both the landlord and the tenant are accountable for different expenses. Insurance and utility fees are examples of these costs. If you cannot reach a mutually agreed rental dispute resolution, you may wish to file a complaint against the landlord to have Dubai authorities intervene.
